We’re excited to launch our High School COED All-Sport Athletes Lifting Class starting NEXT WEEK!
Designed for athletes ages 14–18, this class is focused on building strength, power, athleticism, and confidence in the weight room. Whether you play baseball, softball, football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, or another sport, this program is built to help you become a stronger, more well-rounded athlete.
Classes will be led by Certified Personal Trainer Tyler Driver, who will guide athletes through proper lifting technique, strength development, and sport-focused training in a structured and motivating environment.
