Are you ready!! Summer Sizzler coming in hot!!

Unofficial results from the Saturday May 30th event. Smaller field but still some great golf going on. Congratulations to Jon Connolly and Hayden Webb for some birdie packed rounds of 68 for low medalist honors. On the net side longtime member Ed Horihan returned to form and posted a 63. Great playing Ed. Remember to try and stay active this summer in order to qualify for our year end Dobson Cup.

Congratulations to our 2026 Club Champion Chad Gorney and our 2026 Presidents Cup Champion Joe Grair.
Chad posted a total of 136 for 8 under par to win by two over Brandon Bowron. His two day total included 14 birdies and 6 bogeys. Outstanding play! Long time member Joe Grair posted a two day total of 139 for a net 9 under par. Joe had a career day breaking 80 for the 1st time with a 79. Congratulations to all that cashed. Remember this event counts for two qualifying rounds towards the 2026 Dobson Cup with some players already having 15 rounds counted towards this total. Thanks to all that played. These results are unofficial until Wednesday evening.

Round 1 in the books! Chad Gorney leads the way with a sizzling round of 66! There’s two tied at 66 Net so buckle up and hang on for round two. Tee times have been sent out. Good luck to all participants tomorrow. If we happen to have a tie for either the Club Champion or Presidents Cup Champion there will be a playoff immediately following play!!!

Bust out the old Billy Baroo and show up Friday night at Dobson 430 for the club championship putting contest. Contest is open to all members whether you’re playing in the tournament or not huge cash payout. DRGA members only. Starts at 4:30 and runs to 6:30.

How many under is it going to take to win this year’s Club Championship? How about the President’s Cup.
