Once the community opened up it's doors and pool to it's residents, we have been able to hold some classes. Currently, the owners of the property are allowing residents of Sunrise Village to participate in the classes. When that changes and they feel it is safe for their residents to allow outsiders to come into the community to participate, I will let you know here. So please keep a lookout on this page for that information. Looking forward to seeing all my participants once again. Meantime, stay safe.

All exercise classes at the Sunrise Village location are on hold at this time. I will inform everyone on this website when we continue the classes. We are looking at a possible 8 week span starting March 16, 2020. Meantime, be safe, be active. Keep up the exercises by taking walks. Stay healthy. See you on the otherside of this virus.

It is such a beautiful day today Friday March 6, 2020. Hope all of you come to the aqua aerobics class today. Don't let all the sunshine go to waste.

NO AQUA CLASS TODAY 2/7/20

Well with all this chilly weather, no one wants to go to the pool for Aqua Aerobics. No problems. Once the weather starts warming up, we will be back at it. I will keep you all posted thru this fb page.

FYI, A celebration of life for Janis Sarver will be held in the ballroom of Sunrise Village on August 24th at 11:30

So I hope all of my groups have been working hard on there respective exercises. I know each of you have kept up your workouts while I was away. (hehe). I will see many of you starting tomorrow (Thursday, Aug 1) in class.

Well, as you may know, I will be gone for the month of July but my Aqua folks said they will work out without me......they promised. THEY BETTER! I hope to see all of you upon my return for the Thursday, August 1st class in the ballroom.
