It's generally a small group, so you don't need to worry about walking into a room full of people.

RSVPs are welcome and not at all necessary. I want you to feel free to wake up and decide to love and honor yourself by showing up and giving your pain a voice...or just holding space for others. 😊

We start at 2:45 and you are invited to come a little early to get some coffee or tea and settle yourself into the space.
