What’s Happening In June:

And just like that, another school year wraps up, and while it’s been summer since May, the summer break is finally here. We’ve got some ceremonies, and some events on for June that we’d love to have you for, just head over to MINDBODY, scroll to the date, and click BOOK next to the event - that simple. Here’s what’s on for June:

Sat June 13th: 1:00p Sound Bath Meditation, $44. Come ready to plunge deep with guided Nidra, and sound to drop you in softly, let you make some resonant connections, and then gently bring up to surface. Bowls, chimes, drum all on deck. Don’t miss out.

Fri June 19th: 4:30p 108 Sun Salutations free, 7:15p Hapeh Ceremony $27.
108 will be in the large room - no heat will be added, exhaust vent and fans will be used. This is accessible for all levels, just know you MUST stay for the duration. Class will begin with meditation and breath, then move into a spinal warm up, sets of Sun Salutations will ease in with lunging versions, knee versions of vinyasa then work up to stepping or hopping, then ease out with lunging and knee versions. Vinyasas are always optional.
Hapeh will be held in the small room. Hapeh is ceremonial to***co that is applied in the nose, it is NOT inhaled or ingested. Ceremony is meant to allow the mourning of loss, and the ushering in of new. Benefits of to***co without additives are: a binder for heavy metals, sinus clearing, a binder for virus elimination, and headache relief.
