Gentle Tai Chi was developed for Parkinson’s patients and is applicable to anyone that has balance issues.
It incorporates breathing with gentle movement to promote relaxation, improve circulation, strengthen core muscles, and build muscle stamina.

This week at Kaleidoscope!
Welcome to the last week of May! This week our Wednesday ballroom classes are cancelled and will resume next week. Thursday evening we have our monthly Sound Meditation with Jennifer. We have a new Line Dance class Saturdays at noon with Laina after Trudy's 1-Wall Line Dance class at 10:30a. We have all of our other regularly scheduled classes this week!

This week at Kaleidoscope our Wednesday ballroom classes are Waltz and Hustle. We have our monthly Lesson and Social this weekend which is focused on Tango. We have all of our other regularly scheduled classes including kids dance, line dance, folk dance, and Tai Chi. We also have space available for private instructors, dance practice, and private events.

This week we welcome the month of April! Our Wednesday ballroom classes are Hustle and Tango. We have our Kids classes, Tai Chi, Line Dance, and Folk Dance. Our Friday International Folk Dance class is cancelled this week, and we will be closed all day Sunday for Easter. 💐🐣🐇
