Our first Youth Ooen Mat was 🔥 So fun we forgot to get photos with everyone before people started skipping out. But the rolls were 🔥🔥🔥 all the kids did awesome. Can’t wait till the next one. Shout out to all the schools who made it out. (If I missed any schools please reach out to get tagged)

Since my recent injury is keeping me off the mats for a few months. My buddy TJ, has graciously stepped up to cover our Jiu Jitsu night classes moving forward. TJ has been one of my favorite training partners, we have countless hours training, rolling and breaking down techniques together. He is not only a 10th planet black belt. He is also one of the most technical grapplers I know.

More action from our in-house Subonly white belt Nogi tournament . Sub of the night goes to for his Bicep slicer from side control! Sweet break 👊🏼🔥 we had some Darces. Arm triangles, RNC and great takes downs.

Our first in house Nogi Subonly white belt Jiu Jitsu tournament was awesome, a lot of great take aways, some fun matches & a few cool prizes. Next ones in June so get to class!
