I made this T-shirt quilt for my sister-in-law who lost her husband on January 1. It’s amazing to me how much these T-shirt quilt mean to those who asked me to create them. She absolutely loved it! It is an honor to create this special gift for others.

I just finished this paperpieced quilt for my eldest granddaughter. She chose all of the blocks to represent her favorite things. She also chose most of the fabrics as well as the quilt design and white Minky backing. Her birthday is in March and this will be her present. It was an interactive process and was really fun to do with her.

I’ve been working on this quilt for a couple of months. Finally finished it yesterday. It took me a long time to figure out how to quilt it so that it wouldn’t take away from the actual kaleidoscope patterns.

I finished this quilt last week for my cousin, Max McKnight’s granddaughter. She was quite the athlete and managed to also be the president of the future farmers of America. She had some very unique items that I was able to incorporate and the quilt I really had fun creating this one. She was a cross-country runner so I used a sneaker quilt design.

Last summer, I made this quilt with mostly paper pieced blocks. This one took about three months to make for example, the mountain lion in the center of the quilt has 112 pieces. It was really a challenge! I wanted to represent animals that we see at our cabin in Forest Lakes, Arizona.
