Stepping back onto the diamond after 15 years, and I’m thrilled to share that I held my own! 🧢⚾️ Played in a collegiate baseball game with guys much younger than me and went 3-for-3 with 2 doubles, a single, and even got hit by the first pitch right on my new tattoo! 😅

Admittedly, I skipped some warm-ups and took a tumble (hello, compressed spine!), but recovery’s on the way with plenty of ice and heat. 💪🔥

In the end, we dominated 15-0, and I contributed 4 runs—2 RBIs and 2 of my own crosses at 37 years old! Not bad for the first game since 21. And the best part? I’m currently batting 1.000!

1 Month of Sobriety Complete-

This last weekend I got to watch one of my best friends get married to the love of his life.

It was a beautiful ceremony and I could not have been more happy for him and his new wife.

It’s always nice when you have an excuse to dress up, especially with your beautiful girlfriend❤️

Day 17, 18, 19, 20 of Sobriety

It’s been a fantastic week. I have absolutely zero complaints.

I’m coming up on the end of my third week of sobriety and I’m finally in a groove that feels normal.

For the first week the worst thing I had to experience was boredom from changing my habits. Because I had such a normal routine of smoking and drinking and caffeine, boredom was the biggest obstacle to overcome.

But here we are at the end of my third week and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to clean out my body. My weight has dropped 18 pounds and my body fat is severely reducing so that you can see my abs all six of them lean and hard.

I went from 256 pounds down to 238 and I’m finally able to tie my shoes again😂. For the longest time I wore flip-flops because I just didn’t want to tie shoes between the mass massive amounts of muscle and being 15% body fat.

Funny thing is being 15% body fat is on the top 1% of the entire planet for men. But that’s not good enough for someone like me and that’s OK by January I will be under 10% body fat and back to my normal self, but with a lot more muscle.💪🏼

I have had an insane amount of people reach out to me and tell me about their struggles, you have to believe in yourself, and you are capable of more than you can comprehend.

I did this all myself and not with an outside source, religion, or parent to force me. I made the logical correct decision for my health and my future. You are able to do the same thing.🙏🏼

I’m about to jump on my riding lawnmower and mow my front yard for the first time in 10 years because I had winter seed planted and a white barn fence installed✊🏼

I replaced my morning, wake and bake session with some yardwork and beautifying my environment, where I live❤️

You can do it, I believe in you even if nobody else does.

Today is day 15 and 16

My brain is feeling more clear now than it ever has coming up on my third week of being away from the substances.

The fog is starting to clear and vision is just a little bit more 4K than it has been in the past. I got very used to operating in that cloudy realm and I was extremely good at it.

But it is refreshing how productive and how much energy I have it feels like a constant energy drink in my system minus having to actually drink them or coffee.

Sometimes people need to hear this, but you are capable of making major changes and you don’t need a religion, parent, or a mentor to tell you sometimes you just need to believe in yourself and dig deep and find out what you are truly capable of.

The energy and power that I am feeling from putting behind my favorite substances is quite empowering.

All of my businesses are running smooth and new ideas are constantly coming to my head every single day.

I have also started writing a book. I plan to publish it by next year or possibly the end of this year. I am going to sell 50 million copies.

Have a fantastic Tuesday and go after something great today💯💪🏼

Find yourself a woman that supports you from the bottom of her heart no matter who you are and what stage of life you’re going through.

Jackie and I started off as best friends in 2019 and it has evolved into something pretty awesome 🙂

She is by far the most successful woman that I have ever been with. I don’t know too many females that are making close to 200k a year and have a masters degree and two bachelors degrees.

She has been there to watch my rise in business the last six years, and I have been there to watch her rise in her Career. She is my own personal dream team.😍

In the past, I have always had to take care of the women in my life financially. This is the first time I have been with a fully independent woman that doesn’t need a man to take care of her.

And this is why it makes it all the more pleasurable for me to do that 🥰.

Today my motivation Monday is her ❤️

Today Marks my second full week away from all substances, including caffeine, ma*****na, and alcohol.

I took my dog for a jog this morning and then to the park to play. I had insane amounts of energy and could feel the clarity in my lungs.

I’ve decided to put together a baseball team for a season at the beginning of the year. If you were a baseball player, please reach out to me cause I’m looking for six more players.

I can’t wait to get back to my roots and back on the mound as a pitcher to just have some overall healthy fun.

You are absolutely capable of more than you might think, sometimes it just takes breaking the mold and routine to understand that 💯 **dfree

Day 11 & 12 of Sobriety

I have had a lot of people reach out and tell me they are so sorry that I was struggling. I need to set the record straight and let everybody know that I was not struggling other than my blood work.

I very much enjoy alcohol and w**d. I have no problem with them. I simply indulged a little too much over the last few years and because my blood work wasn’t perfect. I decided logically it was time to clean out the system.

This does not mean I am mad at alcohol and w**d or done with it forever, simply committing to one whole year of sobriety to get myself back to homeostasis.

I am a bodybuilder and I am very disciplined and I can cut things out when the time is needed. Health comes first pleasure comes second.

Please do not feel bad for me. Last year was my most successful year. I am trying to motivate others to clean out their system if it is needed.

I suggest you get your blood work done and see where you’re at. Have a wonderful day. 🫡❤️💯 **dfree

Today was day 10. I had more energy than I’ve had in a long time and I didn’t take any caffeine to have that energy. It was coursing through my veins and I had the most productive day I’ve ever had in a long time.

Tonight during my normal drinking and smoking time, I went to the batting cages and swung my wood bat and had a great time, remembering one of my favorite hobbies as a child.

With Baseball I spent a lot of time with my father so it was a nice trip down memory lane.

Couldn’t be happier with my decision and the power that I’m starting to feel from having no crutches or habits that I have to satisfy 💯 **dfree
