Some of these kids had never played baseball before.
Today they learned how a baseball is made, discovered what team mascots are, and heard stories about what it was like to play baseball in Arizona during the 1880s. They examined real artifacts, asked great questions, and reminded us that history is best learned when you can see it, touch it, and experience it. A big thank you to Sunrise Preschool for visiting the Arizona Baseball Museum today. Seeing young minds light up with curiosity is one of the best parts of what we do.
