This is my 8th year spending the last week of the year at Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch, Mesa AZ teaching yoga to the most incredible family that travels from all around the country for their annual family vacation. Our class today was pretty amazing with 22 of us in the room. So grateful for my training and making a difference. Last month I celebrated 10 years as a yoga teacher. It really lights me up.

After hosting my VIP Holiday Party with these boss babes Lauri Elswick Leadley with Valley Sleep Center, Michelle Campbell with Zona Beauty House and Jean Grimes our amazing realtor, I hightailed it over to ASU Stadium to cheer on higley knights who won by one point and defended their title as 5A State Champions!! So proud of these kids and coaches. They work so hard with such discipline. Grateful to be apart of it all!

Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed.
Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. Therefore,
Hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go your page, start a new post and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click paste.
This will bypass the system.
