Incredible day on Lake Michigan! That sunrise!

09/25/2026

That’s a wrap on the BIG LAKE season!

What a day to finish it! We couldn’t have asked for better conditions or better company for our final trip of the season.

Shirley and Jake came ready to fish, and Lake Michigan gave us a great send off! Salmon, Coho, and Steelhead all made their way into the box a perfect mix to close out another awesome season.

A huge thank you to Shirley and Jake for spending our final big lake trip with Rippin Drag Charters. It was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we love doing this.

The big lake gear might be getting put away, but we’re definitely not done fishing…

Time to trade the big water for the river.

Small month break then BRING ON RIVER SEASON! If your not on the calendar for Steelhead you better get on now. It's going to be a good one!
