Life will not stop happening!
In a conversation with a friend, I said if you ever visit the mortuary it would appear as though those who are dead are more than the living. Truth be told, most of them didn't choose to die. Another Truth would be many of them are far better in value and relevance than we the living.
Now you who is alive, what you've decided to do with your life is complain, lament, and make it look as though God has not done you well. !
Ability to see a new month regardless of what life has done to you is proof positive that God has done you well!
Here is where the good news is, God knows how to respond.
The devil cannot come without God coming.
Look again! If what you call life happening to you is the devil coming with his avalanche of attacks, just know for certain, that God also came.
~ If depression came, elevation also came.
~ If death came, life also came
~ If sickenes came, healing/health also came.
~ If failure came, success also came
~ If heartbreak came, Peace and joy also came.
Life is never designed to be one-sided! For every one forbidden tree in the garden, there are many blessed trees!
The problem is our fixatedness on the wrong one.
Jesus said the thief came to kill, steal, and destroy... but I HAVE COME TO GIVE YOU LIFE AND THAT MORE ABUNDANTLY! John 10:10
Did you see that? HE said I HAVE COME! It's not only the devil that knows how to come! God might allow the devil come first, but HE owns the last & final coming because s/he who laughs last, last best!
For Sarah, the devil first came with barrenness, but When God showed up for her, Sarah said
“God has brought laughter for me; everyone who hears will laugh with me.” Genesis 21:6
This September get ready! In all the places the devil came in your life, I made glad to announce to you, that GOD HAS COME! GOD IS HERE AND YOU WILL HAVE THE LAST LAUGH!
