Rodeo Road Rally

SAME GREAT CAUSE. A WHOLE NEW WAY TO GO THE DISTANCE! 🏃‍♀

You know us for the Rodeo Road Rally in June, but the Mesquite Rotary Club is bringing you something NEW this fall!

Introducing the Sweater Weather Run!

Join us Saturday, November 14, for a fun fall morning with a distance for everyone!

15K – Ready for a challenge?
10K – Find your rhythm!
5K – Run it, walk it, enjoy it!
2K Fun Run – Untimed and perfect for the whole family!

Just like the Rodeo Road Rally, the Sweater Weather Run is about more than the miles. Both events support the Mesquite Rotary Club and the many programs and causes they champion throughout our community.

So, Rodeo Road Rally friends, how about trading those cycling shoes for running shoes this November? We’d love to see you at the starting line!

🍂 Cool Temps. Cozy Vibes. Miles That Matter.

The 2026 Rodeo Road Rally is officially cancelled.

At 5:00 a.m., we were optimistic as the radar showed signs of clearing. Unfortunately, conditions have not improved as hoped, and the safety of our riders, volunteers, and support crews must come first.

Thank you for your understanding.

Ride delayed to 8:00am for now. Stay here for updates.

06/06/2026

We are currently working with our communications team and PD to make a decision on if we need to delay start. We will post here as soon as a decision is made.

The ride is ON and we’re looking forward to a great day of cycling, community, and fun. Bring your rain jacket “just in case,” your smile, and get ready to ride.

Current forecasts suggest heavier rain arriving later in the evening. We we won't rule out the possibility of a shower during the event but there looks to be a window to ride 🙌

If we need to update you ride morning, will will post right here!

We know many of you are keeping an eye on the weather, and so are we! Several members of our communications team stay in contact with National Weather Service updates before and throughout the event. At this time, forecasts indicate possible rain in the very early morning hours, with the rain potential developing later in the afternoon. Based on this current timing, we feel good about our window to avoid the rain and be able to ride.

The Mesquite Rodeo Road Rally is a rain-or-shine event. However, rider safety is always our top priority. In the event of lightning or severe weather did occur, we may delay the start for up to one hour and, if necessary, shorten routes to keep participants safe.

We’ll continue monitoring conditions and will communicate any updates if needed. We’re planning for a fantastic day on the bike and can’t wait to see everyone at the starting line!
