Had a great butts and guts bootcamp this past weekend! Looking forward to some more classes just like this in October!
Watch this if you want to workout with your legs and avoid hip or back pain. If you back squat and don’t have hip problems yet, please don’t let me tell you I told you so.

Lex using our new power plate to work his chest. The plate sends vibrations throughout his muscles so when he performs an exercise such as the explosive push-up he’s doing here, the machine helps to recruit more muscle fibers into the movement. Shoutout to a close friend, and as I like to say; my first client. When Benton wanted to get into better shape, I worked out with him for about two weeks just to show him all the exercises he’d need, so he’d know the right form understand the best way to build muscle. After two weeks, he continued workouts on his own but I would continue to help in his journey but writing workout programs that were best for him. Benton has killed it in the gym the last four years, and one of the biggest difference makers in his ability to transform is he maintains a healthy diet and lifestyle. He can tell you to, you don’t have to workout 24/7 and only eat grilled chicken and broccoli to be healthier and look better!
