We love having you in our lives and in our gym. It means everything to us to have your support in our home grown business which provides for our family but your friendship means even more!

This year I became close with a scholar of the Boys Hope Girl’s Hope group. It is a very special organization that helps local children who’s family’s are struggling and need help. BHGH gives the children a place to live Monday -Friday in a group home where they are responsible for their own chores, while maintaining good grades in a Catholic School. They are also required to get involved with their school through sports and their community through service work.

I now know two kids in this program and they both are LEADERS in their school and exceptional role models for their peers even with all the struggles they are conquering in their personal lives.

BHGH reached out because they need help from our community to give these kids a warm and loving Christmas filled with some gifts from Santa. If you would like to purchase one of the 8 gifts, DM for the link to the list.

Gifts are due back to the gym by Saturday, December 7th unwrapped. I know this is last minute but they need our help and I couldn’t say no to these kids. ❤️️

When Jennifer joined bootcamp she had already lost weight on her own but was ready to get to the next level!

She started on a 6 week transformation challenge where we teach how to eat to hit your goals (and never go back).

After her challenge I asked her if she took updated pictures because she looked SO SLIM and her belly was SO FLAT!

She said “No, because there was no change”.

The next week she was walking in her neighborhood and saw her sister-in-law. She waved to her, but her sister-in-law looked confused. When she got closer, her sister-in-law was shocked because she said she didn’t even know that was her because she slimmed down so much!

Jennifer you look FANTASTIC!! We are so proud of your commitment to yourself and your consistency!
