(8th grade+ can attend any class time). Most sports performance classes you’ll find are geared towards boys…this one’s for the GIRLS, because they deserve it! 💪💖

Strong coaches build strong communities. 💪💖
At Girl Crush, we believe coaches should do the programming too, not just dish it out. When coaches sweat through the same workouts, they understand the challenge, the pacing, the mental battles, and the victories right alongside the women they coach. It creates trust and accountability.
