At MMSOD, our Acro program led by Ms. Adrienne offers full and extensive scaffolded acro training designed to build dancers the right way. From foundational skills to advanced tricks, each progression is taught with proper alignment, body placement, and technique—giving dancers the tools to grow safely, confidently, and strongly.
