Holiday- Thurs 7/3 kids class all ages 5:30/adults 630 in Kenner NO classes on the 4th-prof

Great news! We will finally be back open tomorrow Wednesday 4/23 in Kenner. Both gyms will resume normal schedule tomorrow 4/23 thank you for your understanding- Professor Mark

We will be closed at the Kenner Location until further notice due to sewer line issue. We will have classes at out Metaire location 3229 36th st Metairie 70001 - grey office builing behind tic tock cafe/ little tokyo. Go to wooden fence (back side of the builing) door halfway down and go upstairs. The Schedule will be as follows until further notice:

(M/W) will be Gi classes for ages 8+ (T/th) will be no gi/self defense

Kids-4-8 yrs 5pm class start time M-Th Gi only

Kids 8-12yrs Class start time 5:45 (see gi/no gi above)

Adults -6:30 class start time (see gi/no gi above)

We will not have Saturday classes 4/12 as we will be attending Professor Rafael’s 5th degree promotion ceremony!
