Quick feet. Controlled movement. 🎾💨

3 simple cone drills to work on acceleration, deceleration, balance & recovery:

1️⃣ Shuffle + circle
2️⃣ Sprint + circle
3️⃣ Crossover + split step

No court needed. Just a few cones and some intent.

Coaches & players, save this one for your next session. Which drill are you trying first?

Old school still works. 🎾

Racket cover on. Shadow swings. Feel the swing and let it accelerate. 💨

This was part of my everyday training growing up so we brought it back.

Coaches: Who else still uses this one? 👀
