I started using the prebiotic inulin powder last month because I’d been having months of severe discomfort and sometimes pain from bloating. I have to admit I was not so sure it would be all it was cracked up to be, BUT a trusted friend of Rachel Fitness and Nat Gee Beauty went a long way. I have since ordered my second bag and can say that it is absolutely a game-changer! My bloating STOPPED! Completely! I use it in the morning in my coffee, then before meals AND before I have a cocktail - margarita. It’s magic - it’s amazing! And when I ran out and went without it for about 1 week+, a few days in I felt myself feeling stomach pains and bloated again.
