Friday flow: very simple lower body flow. Hip flexor stretch, to pigeon, to back leg around and give it a hug, to laying on back figure four. Easy.
Little quad finisher for leg day…huge fan of reverse Nordics aka BW leg extensions. Working my way down

Started this week and have fallen in love. It's great learning new skills and the chance to be coached. Thank you for the great morning class and thank you for the introduction to the sport .
is on the BJJ hip opener. I've posted the 90/90 hip opener before and here is the traveling/more advanced version. Make sure you have complete control within all the movements (no momentum), especially when you pull yourself up and sit back down. Healthy hips are happy hips!
I received some questions on what exercises could be used for improving Lateral power. And here you go: Lateral lunge!
__________________________________________________Make sure the emphasis is to explode from the bottom, therefore do not load it super heavy where you can't get a burst up. Follow your why for doing the drill in the first place!
___________________________________________________Technique cues: keep the back leg straight, toes pointed forward, and the bending knee over your big toe.

to a great 3-0 win against Pepperdine. I'm thankful for these memories and the hard times during my college career that have made me into the relentless person I am today. Appreciate those hard lessons because they are a platform for the power you have today.

Exploring in nature to find a spot to explore in my mind. Putting the pieces together of why I do what I do and what the steps looks like to get where I want to get. It's not easy and takes time but those questions need to be answered. Have you meditated today?
