Who struggles with hitting their protein intake!?
This seems to be a common problem with most of my clients/new clients. Here are some of my top favorite protein sources that i incorporate in my diet weekly. I like to eat about 4 ounces of meat/fish 2-3 times a day with an additional protein shake as a snack!
Protein is a natural fat burner and is needed to build muscle πͺπ½

For my girls who are always craving sweets, I'm right there with you!! This was the hardest part of my fitness journey to conquer, but i found ways to make it work. Especialllllly during that time of the month π
