HELLO SUMMER! The days are getting warmer, sun is all the way up! People are at the beach and/or opening their outdoor pools. It’s time to take care and protect your skin. Apply sunblock 30-40 min before you go sunbathing or in the water. Wear a hat and sunglasses. Stay hydrated. Especially when it’s cloudy, foggy or windy we don’t feel how our skin gets burnt. Swim near LIFEGUARD. Be safe and have fun! Happy MDW!

Breathing. Why do we make bubbles ?
Breathing is a technical factor that you always need to work on, both for a child and an adult. In the process of learning to swim in any way the correct statement of breathing is a top priority. Proper breathing ensures the correct position of the body in the water and helps you maintain strength for longer.
Why do we make bubbles in the water?
-if you are just learning to swim and you need to understand what it feels like to breath into the water
-if you are learning to swim and your goal is to overcame the fear of water
-to restore breathing “ normal” breathing will not work -you will get frequent exhalations and breath. It is a deep exhalation into the water that restores the pulse and calms the body.
