Just a sample of what I teach in my classes 😊 these single leg glute bridges are a great warm up because it wake up the abs and glutes after just a few times on each side. This exercise helps to tone the legs and increase flexibility.

Goodmorning! This plantain pancake recipe is super old but still so good. I made these a few years back and still can't forget about them. I got the recipe from the food network but put my own Caribbean spin on them and they turned out amazing 😍

Wherever you go, There you are by Jon Kabat-Zinn is a book that changed the game for me. If you don't already know, it's a book on mindfulness, and the goal seems to be to educate on the importance/relevance of meditation. For me, reading the book itself was like a meditation. 🌱
I started dancing at the age of five but I learned how to crochet from my Aunt Caroline when I was in the 4th grade. I’ve made all sorts of creations over the year but now that I’m out of college and discovering what’s important to me, I realize that I don’t have hobbies. I have been mastering my crafts throughout the years, so I’m exciting to see my passions come together to create a factory of my arts.
