๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ How to rock out on your weekends

Power tips to enjoy your weekends without gaining weight.

A lot of us run into what id call an obstacle when it comes to friday, saturday and sunday.

Working hard all week, boom the weekend comes, were drinking beer, eating wings, cookies, and going all out cuz we feel we deserve it.

And then we wake up feeling guilt/shame because of the choices we made during the weekend.

First of all theres nothing wrong with enjoying your weekends

The odds of success for you achieving your goals dramatically increase when understanding a fit life and a life full of joy and enjoying time with others, those two things are intimate lovers, not bitter enemies.

The idea that a fit life has to be misrable is DEAD, it DOESNT WORK!

The weekend you is different from the weekday you

The weeekday you is responsibility focused dedicated soley on what WE MUST DO (which is typically work)

The weekend you is typically RECOVERY FOCUSED, going out, and allowing your self to have fun

and because of that we need to formulate a different strategy

Shift the structure to make things easy as possible, they may be different from weekdays to weekends

Recognize that drinking alcohol changes the way we make decisions, pay attnetion to how much you drink, your not going to care about eating a cheeseburger when your drunk and the next day you probably will be sitting on your ass all day not being active what so ever.

Im not telling you not to drink, i drink every weekend but be aware of the consequences of doing it the entire weekend or excessively.

if you chose to eat out just because theres a burger on the menu doesnt mean you have to order that

but if you decide to have that ahead of time, ENJOY it but get right back on the wagon!

Use an hour or two out of your weekend to build that piece of mind for the new week.

Theres a franticness during the week, Dont leave your self on the weekdays with the anxiety about WHAT AM I GOING TO EAT! BE PREPARED PRIOR!

Think about how to do better during the weekends instead of perfect, try some of my stratagies so that the weekends dont draw you back too bad! ๐Ÿ™‚

๐Ÿ‘‹ Do what you can do, cuz something ALWAYS BEATS DOING NOTHING!

Long shifts, overnight hours, busy with kids, social lifestyles...

Any of the above is a challange and will make it difficult to follow a weight loss plan 100%

Im not one for excuses but sometimes theyre 100% legitamate

That being said, listen up

Your excuses sometimes aren't the problem.

You problem is you "ALL IN" mindset.

The problem is thinking that since you arent able to do things 100% that you shouldn't even try at ALL!

That mindset is why people dont get the results they want.

You stop following your diet afteer a day of screwing up.

You stop working out because you missed a couple days do to your lifestyle.

IF you want to hit your fitness goals, you need to get rid of this "ALL IN" mindset and replace it with a fresh new mindset:

"DOIN SOMETHING IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING" mindset!

If your not able to workout 5-6x a week, guess what THATS OK! 2-3x weekly is much better than nothing and will still produce results, discipline, and consistency.

Maybe you miss a meal or your not able to eat at work, THATS OK the meals that you CAN control, keep them under control.

To summarize things.

Your life is always going to throw some bu****it obstacle in your way that can make it super difficult to follow a plan 100%.

Good news is, YOU DONT NEED TO BE PERFECT TO GET RESULTS!

You just have to be CONSISTENT and DO SOMETHING!

Part of that is making the decision to adapt to adversity and adjust your plan amongst facing these obstacles/changes.

Most diets dont work for woman, because they fail to address the hormonal root!

Are you struggling to lose weight despite doing all the right things? Weight loss seems simple but there are many other factors that can be playing the enemy with your weight loss goals.

What is the relationship between weight loss and hormones?

For weight loss resistance, like excess cortisol, insulin, lepton, progesterone, testosterone, estrogen dominance, slow thyroid, and problems with HPA can stop your weight loss progress.

Hormones support many vital functions including muscles, body fat, stress, hunger etc.

If you have hormonal imbalances it becomes harder to lose weight but its not an end for your journey

Prioritize good quality foods and a healthy diet and a clean environment.

Some ingredients you want to eat to help with hormones, flax seed, pumpkin seed, macadamia, ginseng, cinnamon, berrys, grass fed butter, avacado, healthy fats, green tea, salmon, lentils, sunflower seeds, spinach, quinoa, kale, bell peppers, almonds, and parsley

Calorie balance is critical for losing weight, how many calories you consume daily compared to the calories that you burn.

Start with imporoving your diet, increasing activity, and finding ways to manage stress levels will have a huge impact on your health and weight loss. Focus on the food quality as well!

There is no straightforward answer to weight loss but you will start to see the positive effects on your mental and physical health once you make some of these fixes.
