Join us for our MINDFUL MEN Experience this Saturday, November 19th, for an inclusive focus on Men’s Mental Health, Wellness, and Leadership!

November 19th is International Men’s Day - an observance that recognizes and shows appreciation for the incredible importance and special responsibility of men as sons, friends, husbands, and fathers. And to celebrate the positive value men contribute to our community, ReadyMade Ent., , and .new.growth have curated an afternoon lunch experience focusing on the awareness of men’s mental health and well-being in today’s society.

Misconceptions of masculine resilience normalized in our culture affect the mental and emotional journey of modern men daily, and society still promotes the stigma of the stoic man who takes on the world all on his own.

And while men's wellness is important every day, this Saturday we invite you to participate in a safe and collaborative space for us to have candid conversations about the challenges in life that matter to our men most.

We will be empowering men to end the stigma around mental health and aspire/move towards showing up as the best and healthiest version of themselves through a focus on mindfulness practices, including:

🔑 the benefits of breathwork and meditation, with a session led by a certified breathwork coach
🔑 a panel and community conversation around embodying healthy masculinity and what men need to lead their lives and relationships confidently
🔑 live performances by artists with positively empowering messages

Our experience this Saturday will be at the amazing from 1:30-4:30 PM, lunch menu and drinks will be available. Come for the celebration and food, stay for the connections, and leave with gems! 💖

We fighting for everyone black, but today was about my sisters.

On my shirt are the names of black women that were victims of police brutality and racial injustice during the timeframe of 1984 - 2015. Although I got this shirt 5 years ago, I could have just as easily purchased at least 9 more today, each with 10 different names of victims who were black women.

Black Women stay on the front lines. We fight for each other. We fight for our black men. We fight for all women. We fight for justice. We fight, and are often left without the same support or justice for ourselves. The plight of Black Women in America falls as a secondary cause.

Breonna Taylor would have turned 27 years old on her birthday yesterday. She was our age, and full of life. That easily could have been me or any one of my friends. Each of these black girls and women could have been our mother, sister, SO, daughter, or friend. So today although I showed up for all black lives, I yelled for Breonna. I shouted for Eleanor, Tarika, Aiyana, Reika, Miriam, Renisha, Yvette, Tanisha, Natasha, Sandra, and every other beautiful black trans and non-trans queen that has since been taken from us and has yet to receive her justice. May you receive the justice you deserve. May we receive the same energy that’s needed to liberate us all. . ✊🏾 @ Black Lives Matter

Year ✌🏾 at it with the birthday bootcamp, 🤘🏾 edition. This year I kept getting asked “girl why/are we really about to workout on your birthday?” Lol. Sis, YES. 💪🏾 I genuinely wanted to spend part of my birthday doing something that brings me joy with the people that do the same! So cheers to the workout being just as “fun” as the turn up 🤗🙃 Always super grateful for the support 💕 thanks ladies 🥰
