We are a temple, where people feel welcomed and at home, and can retreat from their busy lives and noisy minds. We are here to hold space for stillness, where people can slow down and connect to themselves. We are a safe space, where people feel comfortable to be vulnerable.

Tao Porchon-Lynch, the world's oldest yoga teacher who marched with Gandhi, dies at 101 Tao Porchon-Lynch, who was recognized by the Guinness World Records as the “World’s Oldest Yoga Teacher” in 2012, died Friday. She was 101.

Sit to allow your soul to guide your mind and body, not to escape them. The goal is unity not another separation. The goal is self-love.
