Sahaswara the seventh chakra, its referred to as the thousand-petal lotus . Located at the crown of the head, creates connection with the higher Self and spiritual enlightenment and It is considered to influence brain functions as memory, intelligence, and focus.
When the Sahasrara activates, it brings a more positive outlook on life, better habits and attitude; the Self is no longer ruled by the ego and emotions like gratitude, compassion, and acceptance become our truth.
A balanced Crown Chakra brings spiritual understanding and peace with a clear perspective. When the Crown Chakra is unbalanced or blocked, we may experience disillusionment, boredom, melancholy, and restlessness.
If your crown chakra is blocked, you can feel:
Imbalance
Overall poor coordination
Low ability to function physically
Confusion
A lack of connection to the world
Hyper spiritualization (i.e., too much meditation)
Poor mental functioning
A lack of focus
When working with the crown chakra, answer this questions; How am I connected to the world? How can I become a better version of myself? How can I let go of confusion about my place in the world?
While silence is the most powerful and important way to opening the seventh chakra, there are some other practices that support this chakra.
Two Pranayama breathing techniques you can do before meditation include Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, and Kapalabhati, or the skull shining breath.
Inverted yoga asanas such as headstand (Salamba Sirsasana) and down dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) can help stimulate the seventh chakra, as well as any posture that brings the crown of the head to the floor such as fish pose (Matsyasana).
Gems you can wear or have in your environment to help open and align the seventh chakra are amethyst, selenite, and sugilite.

Trust your intuition, the sixth chakra or Anja in Sanskrit mening “beyond wisdom,” is in charge of seeing all that is unseen by de eyes, located between our eyebrows this chakra comprehends the pituitary gland, eyes, head, and lower part of the brain.
An open sixth chakra can enable clairvoyance, telepathy, lucid dreaming, expanded imagination, and visualization.
Ajna is best balanced through meditation. A tingling or pulsating sensation around the area of the third eye during or after meditation is a sign that you are opening this blocked chakra. The Pranayama breathing technique called Brahmari or the bee breath is recomended to help balanse the third eye, Chanting the mantra AUM with the emphasis on the “M” can alleviate tension in the head and work to open the sixth chakra.
Any yoga Asana where the forehead is pressed down is a good one for the sixth chakra. Try child’s pose (Balasana) with your forehead pressed to the floor or a yoga block. Dolphin pose is another helpful pose when you lift the head up to look toward the floor.
The color for the sixth chakra is indigo and the mantra sound is SHAM.
Gems that help open the Ajna chakra are amethyst, lapis lazuli, and azurite.

Called Vishuddha in Sanskrit that means “especially pure" this chakra is the self expression center of the self, but, between saying what you mean and being diplomatic we often say what the other person may want to hear. Fear of not being accepted, or judge may prevent us from truthful verbal expression.
Working on the lower chakras can support an open level of communication and help us speak our truth; For example, when you align the first and second chakras, it helps with overcoming fear. Opening the third chakra helps you to feel your personal power and express yourself. Knowing what’s in your heart comes when you align the fourth chakra. Then, when it comes to verbalizing your needs, desires, and opinions you’re better at determine how to be truthful to yourself and others.
Chanting, singing, humming, and reading aloud are wonderful ways to open the fifth chakra. In fact, the mantra sound for this chakra is HUM. Practicing some Pranayama exercises can stimulate the throat chakra.
This yoga poses can help as well, camel pose (Ustrasana), bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), shoulder stand (Salamba Sarvangasana), and plow (Halasana).
The color corresponding to the fifth chakra is blue, and gems to balance this chakra are sapphire, blue topaz, lapis lazuli, aquamarine, and turquoise.
