How long does it take to see the results you want?

Whether it be losing 15-20 lbs, improving overall health, fitting into your old clothes,

What should you be really expecting?

2-3 lbs week? X amount of lbs/inches in 120 days... I know you’ve seen and heard a lot of promises.

If you want the short answer, it depends and no one really knows.

If you want the longer answer, keep reading

Do I know how to get someone to lose 15-20 lbs in 120 days? Absolutely.

Does that mean everyone’s going to achieve that or that everyone is ready for a fat-loss phase?

No. In fact, your success & length of time is going to depend on a lot of things.

Take for example:

➡️How consistent are you with your workouts?
➡️Are you getting enough sleep?
➡️Are you managing your stress?
➡️Are you consistent with your meal plan?


And in addition to that...

➡️What does your previous exercise/nutrition history look like?
➡️Do you have hormonal imbalances that need to be taken care of?
➡️What’s your relationship with exercise and food?
➡️Do you have any other issues that have to be taken care of first?


While it doesn’t sound as attractive as promising X result in X amount of days...

This is the truth of the journey.

Everyone’s going to have a different starting point, and everyone’s journey will be different.

Some people may need to take a few more stops and turns along the way, and some may have a smoother ride.

At the end of the day, the best thing you can do is be consistent and know that you’re taking the necessary steps to get yourself where you want to be.
