We’re excited to introduce a Beginner Coed Session added to our weekly programming.

Open to boyfriends, brothers, work husbands and friends!

Thursdays at 6:30-7:30 pm

This small group session is designed to build strong fundamentals like form, technique and consistency. It’s also where we recommend everyone begin before being advanced by Coach into our Intermediate Session, which focuses more on dynamic play and group games.

Spots are limited and we expect these coed sessions to sell out.

Our Slice Girls take on Friendsgiving is here, and we’re hosting it at Chef Kwame’s Las Lap Miami Beach — the city’s newest Caribbean must-try.

We’ll be sharing a gorgeous family-style dinner, then heading upstairs to our Slice Girls section to keep the night going.
