Sparring at Vice City Striking. 🌴 🥊
We run 3 levels of sparring:
• Monday – Intro to Sparring
• Wednesday – Intermediate levels
• Saturday – Fight Team Training
All classes require coach approval before jumping in.
Required gear: 16 oz gloves, shin guards, knee pads, and a mouthguard. No loaners are provided need your own gear.
If you show up without proper gear or approval, you’ll be sent home or you’ll have to watch. Safety is the key. Only preapproved guests and members are allowed.

This one’s tough.
Today we’re saying “see you later” to two of our own — and .
Aaron came to us from VA and spent the last year becoming part of the fabric of this gym. And Rainer… where do we even start? Day 1 member. First fighter to ever compete under the Vice City Striking banner. A huge part of the culture, energy, and growth of this team from the very beginning.
Both of these men helped make this gym what it is today — through hard rounds, laughs, support, and showing up for the team every single day.
Thank you both for being part of the family. We’re proud of everything you’ve accomplished and even more excited for everything that’s ahead for you back home in VA and CT.
No matter where life takes you, Vice City Striking will always be home.
