We had a great time hosting our annual Halloween Party at Teknica! Lots of pizza, snacks, candies and most of all fun. We had some great costumes and a great time running around and playing on the mats. 🍕🍪👻🧛‍♂️👮‍♂️👩‍⚕️🎃

Congratulations to all of the participants of our first in-house tournament hosted here at Teknica! Every one fought hard and showed tremendous GRIT. No matter the results, all competitors should be proud of stepping up and trying their hardest. We as coaches are so proud of you guys for putting in the work! Thank you parents for your support. Pinecrest’s Best Martial Arts Summer Camp starts on June 9th. Keep your kids active this summer with us at Teknica with activities including: Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Fitness Activities, Games, Nerf Wars, Arts and Craft Activities, Weekly Field Trips, Pizza Parties and more!


Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced practitioner this camp is great for you. We allow children ages 5 - 12 years old. We have options for Full Day Camps (9 AM to 4 PM) or Half Day Camps (9 AM to 1 PM) - early check in available starting at 8:30 AM and late pick ups available Monday through Thursdays.


We currently have an EARLY REGISTRATION SPECIAL running until May 20th which will give you $20 OFF Full or Half Day Camps. Sibling Discounts available for 2 or more family members.

Attention Ladies! Our next Women’s Only Self Defense class takes place this Friday May 2nd at 5:30 PM. We will be reviewing some of the moves from last class and moving on to some ground work. As always this class is FREE in order to help empower the ladies our community so don’t miss out!


This class is specially formulated for beginners with little to no experience and lead by an experienced First Degree Black Belt in the Art of Jiu Jitsu. We will have fun while learning tools that can help you get out of bad situations.
