The primordial energy that moves through all of creation.
The force behind every beginning, every transformation, every breath of life.
She is creation.
She is movement.
She is the quiet power that lives within.
Not something to seek outside yourself, but something to remember within.

Icchā Śakti — इच्छा शक्ति

The sacred power of intention.
Every creation begins with a desire, a vision, a quiet knowing of what could be.
Before the movement, there is the intention.
Before the becoming, there is the dream.
Listen to what your soul longs for.
Let your intention become your prayer.

Jñāna Śakti — ज्ञान शक्ति

The power of wisdom and awareness.
Beyond the noise of the world lies a quieter voice, the wisdom that emerges when we become still enough to listen.
Through practice, presence, and self-inquiry, we begin to see ourselves more clearly.
You do not need to have every answer.
Sometimes, you only need to become still enough to hear.
Turn inward. Remember.

Kriyā Śakti — क्रिया शक्ति

The sacred power of action.
Energy comes alive through movement.
Intention becomes reality through action.
In every breath, every stretch, every step onto your mat, you participate in the act of becoming.
You are not here merely to dream your life.
You are here to embody it.
Move with intention. Live with presence.

Ādyā Śakti — आद्या शक्ति

The primordial power.
The source of creation.
The energy that flows through all living things.
She is the stillness and the movement.
The softness and the strength.

She is an energy we can honor through how we breathe, move, create, and live.
