Here’s quite a surprise throwback. Found this gem of my final advertising project at My part was to provide primary market research with our group we called Venus & Mars Advertising. Thus, where all my marketing foundation started and how I learned how to apply it to my yoga business. Fast forward 25 years where I create a program and write a book about how to make this all happen for other yoga teachers. Before I knew it was part of my journey… so grateful.

I entered Maui and said “Maui, give me whatever gifts you like. I wont ask you for a thing!” 2 weeks and we didnt see a rainbow and on the last day… this is what we got! Sheer beauty all around! Watch the whole reel to see nature’s power and presence. Enjoy!

Welp! Here’s the clip of Eye Spy Video at 19 years old! The 90s were really the best! Apparently I forgot my grammar in my response. Mind you… I never saw the music video in my life nor knew or know music. Ha!!! (My hubs is a fan of course.) But thanks for quite a memory!

Ok everyone… I hope sharing this old video of me doing ballet - barely- at Martha Mar in Coral Gables when I was like 5 or 6 years old makes you laugh. Especially at the end. You have to wait for it. You can hear the parents laughing too.
