The Email Follow-Up Sequence

Day 1: Welcome. Day 3: Value. Day 5: Story. Day 7: Invitation.
After someone downloads your lead magnet, here’s what should happen automatically:

Day 1: Deliver the resource. Set expectations. One small win.

Day 3: Share a quick tip related to their problem. No pitch.

Day 5: Share a client success story. Show the transformation is real.

Day 7: Invite them to book a discovery call. Make it easy.

Four emails. Automated. Running on repeat for every new lead.
90% of coaches don’t have this. Don’t be the 90%.

Your website should be booking calls while you sleep.

There’s a difference between a website and a client acquisition system.

One looks good.

The other works while you’re off the clock.

Most coaches have the first one.

Save this if it’s time to build the second.

Most coaching websites talk about the coach and not the client’s problem.

Visitors land, scroll, and leave because nothing made them feel seen.

That’s not a traffic problem. That’s a messaging problem.

Drop 🙋 if your website feels more like a resume than a sales system.

Three coaching sites.
One Zoom call.
Fifteen minutes each, run live through the 5 Fatal Gaps that kill homepage conversions.

If your homepage is doing more talking than booking — this is the diagnostic you’ve been needing.

Your headline is the first thing visitors see. One change can double your discovery calls.

Here’s the 3-part formula.

Your headline is the first thing visitors see. Make it count. Use this 3-part formula:

Audience + Problem + Promise. Write yours and drop it in the comments. I’ll give you honest feedback.

Nobody talks about this part.

The struggle was real. The doubt was real. Not wanting to ask for help. Not wanting to look like you were down and out. Just faking it until you made it.

But I look at the fruits of my labor now — the people I’ve helped, the things I’ve learned — and I’m just grateful. Genuinely grateful for the position I’m in.

If you’re in the hard part right now, keep going. The view from the other side is worth it.

🔖 Save this for the days it feels heavy.

Let me save you some time. 👇

Navy vet. Digital strategist. Grandad x12.

Living in Costa Rica on purpose.

I help coaches and consultants build websites that actually book clients — not just look good.

I believe in systems over hustle, real talk over hype, and tea over everything.

I don’t chase trends. I build strategies that outlast them.

If that sounds like your kind of feed.. hit follow. If not, no hard feelings. 😄

But if you’re just here to be nosy.. honestly? Same. Stick around — you might accidentally build something great.

Drop a 🙋🏾 below if something on these slides was uncomfortably accurate. And follow so you don’t miss what’s coming next.

If your coaching website isn’t booking discovery calls, one of these 4 patterns is why.

Pattern 1 — You keep redesigning instead of selling. New branding. New bio. New offer name. Every 6 weeks you start a “new era” instead of just optimizing the thing that already got you clients. You keep resetting your credibility before momentum has time to build.

Pattern 2 — You have random good months but no system behind them. A referral comes in. A launch hits. Then nothing. Every client feels like survival mode because your website isn’t doing any of the work between launches.

Pattern 3 — You have enough knowledge to coach half the internet but your homepage still doesn’t say what you do, who it’s for, or what to do next. You tell yourself you just need more clarity before you go all in. You don’t. You need a system.

Pattern 4 — You’re working 10-hour days tweaking your Canva graphics, reorganizing your content, updating your colors — and calling it strategy. Meanwhile the three things that would actually fill your calendar — clear positioning, a strong CTA, and a website that converts — aren’t touched.

The revenue changes when the system does.

Comment SYSTEM and I’ll send you my free Website Conversion Checklist. It shows you exactly which of these gaps is costing you discovery calls.

If 500 people walked into your office every month and nobody sat down, you wouldn't blame the street. You look at the room.

Your website is the room. And if visitors are showing up but not taking action, the issue is your message, you offer, or your call to action.

More traffic to a broken website just means more people leaving.

Fix the conversion first. Then scale the traffic

Save this one. Most coaches get this backwards.

The number one question I get from coaches: ‘How do I write a homepage headline that actually books calls?’

I’ve answered it on calls. In emails. In DMs. Hundreds of times.

So I put the entire framework in chapter 4 of the book.

The three-part formula. The exact words to avoid. Real before-and-after examples from coaches who went from zero conversions to fully booked.

No more answering it one coach at a time.

It’s all in there. Everything I know about the headline that converts.

Comment BOOK and I’ll add you to the waitlist. June 15— chapter 4 is yours.
