I get people often coming up to me, asking me how many times a week I workout and what supplements I take to get so damn big! They get real surprised when I tell them itβs not how many times a week you workout nor the supplements you take itβs how you eat. I eat 6-8 times a day to put on muscle. YOU GOT TO EAT BIG TO GET BIG!!πͺπ½π―π₯©π₯
