Another great night for Run Club! After the storm rolled through, it was perfect at 6pm to start Run Club. Come on out and join us next week! We start and end at The Cove at Paradise Coast Sports Complex every Tuesday at 6:30pm.

Great News Camp Vitamin C family... the program is starting again on Sunday, September 24th and will continue every other Sunday from 10am -11am at The Factory at Paradise Coast Sports Complex!

Camp Vitamin C is specifically designed for kids ages 5-10 and includes Strength, Movement & Meditation!
