I want to eat like nothing mattered, but everything matters. Especially being a parent. I want energy to play with my kids. I want to be the best version of myself for them. I don’t want to be the dad who’s too tired to play with his kids because my dadbod won’t let me.

James Clear said something along the lines of “fully commit to the daily work required for a goal, or release yourself from the desire to achieve it. Craving an outcome without accepting its daily lifestyle leads to constant disappointment.”
Lilly is fully committed. This is not easy and that’s why so many quit. Having the community to support and hold each other accountable goes a long way, but these are her results and she’s owning them, and she’s not done yet. This fitness things doesn’t stop and neither do we. Proud of you my friend.

The side of entrepreneurship that nobody sees…
The rising costs of everything. The constant problem-solving. The fires that need to be put out every single day.
The sleepless nights because your mind won’t stop thinking about the business. Pulling over for a quick coffee just to find enough energy to bring the same enthusiasm to the next group, because every person deserves your best.
The 20-minute window between finishing a call and picking up my kids… just enough time to squeeze in a quick workout. My body is also my business card. If I’m asking others to invest in their health, I have to be willing to invest in mine and lead by example.
Most people only see the finished product. They see the workouts, the smiles, the progress, the social media posts, and the wins. They don’t see the thousands of little decisions, sacrifices, setbacks, conversations, prayers, and moments of doubt that happen behind the scenes.
But here’s the part they don’t see either…
I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Through the grace of God, I’ve been given the opportunity to wake up every day and do what I love. I get to serve an incredible community, provide for my family, raise two amazing kids, and use the gifts He’s entrusted to me. It’s not always easy, but I truly can’t imagine doing anything else for the rest of my life.
So I’ll keep showing up. I’ll keep serving. I’ll keep working with all my heart—not for recognition, but because this is the calling God has placed on my life.
An attitude of gratitude. Daily. 🙏
