The Westwind Lakes Park splash pad is temporarily closed due to impacts to its operating system caused by weather/lightning. Miami-Dade County Parks is diligently working on repairs. A diagnosis of the computer operating system will be completed on Monday, July 31, 2023, to determine the impact. Our goal is to reopen the splash pad as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we thank you for your understanding.

Palmetto Golf Academy's Derrick Payne had the pleasure two weeks ago caddying for Jonah, son of Alex Fernandez who operates Crandon Golf Academy. You never know who you will meet through the great game of golf!
