Everyone will remember your effort to help them reach their goals, not just what you told them, but how much you cared.

Lift everyone around you; that’s the true sign of leadership.

Coaching is the most selfless profession.
Nobody cares what you know if you’re an as***le.

Willing to learn, willing to grow; the philosophy of fitness is not to be withheld but discussed with other peers and other athletes

If you’re in this to make money, it’s the wrong profession.

Life’s hard; be harder.

We, as coaches, tend to focus so much on the progressions that we get caught in the details.

The problem with this is that you are not hired to fine-tune metrics; you are hired to help people win.

Lose often and you won’t be in business very long.
