Miami Premier Soccer Club is the longest, continuously operating, All-Female Soccer Organization in Miami Dade County. This ever-green Miami neighborhood has being home to our club for almost twenty years. Founded in 1998, as a non-profit 501c corporation, by a group of parents that had the vision to broaden opportunities, for young women, through the practice of soccer. Miami Premier Soccer Club
is proud of its diversity; we have traditionally draw families of different demographics and socio-economic backgrounds. At Miami Premier Soccer Club we strive to deliver the highest level of professional, medical, technical and tactical training. Our objective is to provide an equal opportunity environment that will maximize individual talent, within a team concept. MPS dedicated coaches have the knowledge and experience to attend the female athlete specific needs; they promote sportsmanship, teamwork and competitive play, successfully elevating our players’ level to rise above Club Soccer and into Collegiate ranks. Every year, MPS houses competitive traveling soccer teams for girls’ 9 to 18 years old. These age appropriate teams are part of our specialized year round soccer training program, which strictly follows the USA Soccer Federation and FYSA rules and guidelines. Part of our curriculum is the Junior Academy “Minnies”, specifically designed for girls ages 4 to 8 years old, this unique program targets the development of proper skills so once they reach the appropriate age, they successfully transition into competitive soccer. MPS continuously evaluates its players, creating opportunities at every level and addressing specific needs. Our club doesn’t believe that overpopulation is a sign of success, at MPS every team has the right amount of players, in this way our coaches can give personalize attention to each of the girls and get to know the families at a more personal level. Miami Premier Soccer Club open door policy is key to the success of the player, we ask families to be fully involved in every formation aspect of the well rounded athlete. Many local high school teams are comprised of MPS players, improved and refined trough the Miami Premier Soccer Club Developmental Program. To those players, who intend to play at a collegiate level, we offer experienced guidance and assistance with scholarships. Our Director of Coaching and staff are continuously researching the best options to actively expose our players to recruiting college coaches. Our teams routinely qualify for the highest level National College Showcase Tournaments: CASL Shootout Raleigh, NC; Atlanta Cup, GA; Generation Adidas Cup, GA; Texas Shootout, TX; Tulsa, OK; Gator Showcase – Gainesville, FL; Disney Showcase Qualifier, Disney Showcase, FL; Disney Memorial Day Shootout, FL, Champions Nike Cup – Orlando FL and The Orange Classic, FL and every year, most of our teams compete at State Cup Level and all of our teams participate in SFUYSA (South Florida United Youth Soccer Association) League games, FSL (Florida State League), FSPL (Florida State Premier League), The Dade Youth Soccer League among others. Since its inception Miami Premier Soccer Club has proudly send 65 talented female soccer players to Colleges and Universities in different States.
