This is ME... 4 years transformation. It’s funny when clients ask me « how long until I get results ? » « how fast am I gonna change ? » etc. I started lifting in 2012 (picture on the left) and my best shape was in 2016. It takes more time then what people think or what other tries to make you believe. Just be patient. Chase your goals with a good plan and you will get there !

Lying DB triceps extension. More stability. Tips: you can slightly tap the from with the dumbells to get extra rep aka cheat reps to burn and exhaust your muscles as much as you can 🔥💪😜
😜🍫 Superset: 3 exercises, 30 sec each, 5-6 sets to kill your abs and your core !
- Swiss Ball toe-touch 30 sec
- Swiss Ball knee tuck 30 sec
- Swill ball plank 30 sec
No rest.

⚠️ Most people are WRONG when it comes to and burn fat: they do too much and can’t stick with difficult ! Weightlifting is key is you want to lose weights for many reason: boost your metabolism, burn more calories, produce more testosterone (burns fat...) you should add some cardio of course to enhance your vascular system and burn more fat and calories.
