Tony is an amazing trainer. I am 51 years old and have lost 25 pounds under Tony’s guidance. He has given me a lot of confidence and has taught me great form. I was initially introduced to Tony through a friend who had achieved amazing results working with him. As someone who had never worked out before, I had some reservations.
