The new Century began and a Group of State Leagues joined and took the First steps to the National Soccer Leagues US.
In the photo Humberto Mesa Owner and President of Cafeteros Miami FC along with Milton Galvan Owner of the Miami Tango Soccer Club and President of the MSL.
As Tango says "We have history". "The History Supports Us".
