Are you looking for the perfect activity for your kid?
Our youth program is designed as a fun way for kids and teens to develop discipline, leadership, athleticism, strength, confidence, skills and more through structured, age appropriate training. The target age for youth fitness members is 7-13 years.

Classes are offered every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 4PM.

You want to get strong in time for the summer - we heard you! We are now adding another strength class to our schedule to help with just that.

Starting this week, our new schedule will be effective at BOTH our Miami and FTL locations. Please see below for location specific date/time.
