Glad to join today! Stretching is an after thought for many people but if you're not stretching then your not getting the most from your workouts. If you muscles are tight you're likely to suffer from joint point. Tight muscles pull the body into unnatural positions and adding weight to it just makes it worse! Joint pain = weak workouts. Make sure to add a streching routine to your workout regimen at least once a week!
A nice little warn up for glutes when you don't have a 45' ! Use the ab equipment π
