Tonight will be my LAST Zumba class at 24HourFitnessDoralWest. Thursday 6:30pm, hope to see you on the dance floor.

This morning was the last race of the RUNWAY 5K SERIES at MIA✈️ Great morning on the runway.... the temperature was just right and the sunrise was beautiful 🤩 Of course, my "sister" Nathalie Vazquez was with me😜 So happy that I was able to place 1st again in my age group, Female 50-54🥇 YAY!!! 3 for 3🥳

We celebrated our 21st Wedding Anniversary last night at Perry's Steakhouse & Grille at Merrick Park. The food was delicious😋💗 The steaks were soft, like butter and so full of flavor🥩 and of course, the dessert was outstanding!!! Rocky Road Bread Pudding🤩.....a sugarholic's dream of candied walnuts, caramel, chocolate and the biggest toasted marshmallow I have ever seen😲 A big thanks to Maria Baseballmom & Big K and Raffo Sonia Jaime for our gifts 🎁❤

Beautiful morning for a 12 mile run with Nathalie Vazquez and Noreen Giliberti . It was great running into Linda Kelly, Sally Short Matson, Dan and Damarys Isler 🏃‍♀️👟 Love watching the sunrise on the water, but today we got the moon and the sun🌚☀️

So much fun tonight!!!! My peeps from DRU, ARU and Admin. came out to DANCE!!!! ❤️💃🎶🎉 Hope you ladies had fun and de-stressed a little. A big thanks to and for my lovely gifts❤️😘🎁🎄🎅

Beautiful day at Schnebly Redland's Winery for the Schnebly's Wine Run 5K. Late start, so the sun was in full force🌞 and the route was more like a trail run. Was able to snag 1st place Female 50-54, without spraining an ankle or falling🤣 Now off to celebrate at Cracker Barrel😋🥞🏃‍♀️👟🥇

GoRun Miami Veteran's Day 5K.....last race of the Holiday Trilogy. Hot and humid and not my best pace, but I was able to place 1st in Female 50-54!🎉 Congratulations to Annie Ann for placing 3rd in my age group and Jen Grossman for placing 2nd in Female 45-49! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙🏃‍♀️👟🎖🎉😁🥇
