New facelift, New year, time to get healthy / in shape. 💪
Start getting in shape now before the new year. I have come up with my own training system guaranteed to get anyone in shape not just physically but mentally. Working out and exercise not only works on the physical but helps to release positive chemicals in the brain and therefore helps with mood and mental health. My prices are extremely reasonable for the area in which I am located and for being able to train one-on-one in a private gym without any onlookers or distractions. The best way to avoid catching coronavirus, flu, cold and other viruses is to use a hypertonic saline nasal spray daily. Salt kills everything, most all viruses and colds including flu start in the nose and then works its way down to the throat and eventually into the chest/ lungs. Saline kills the bacteria and germs by drawing out the moisture that these germs need in order to continue growing. The best prevention is an all natural hypertonic preservative free nasal spray, I recommend the one here I posted. I learned this from a doctor who in 40 plus years in practice dealing with sick people continuously had never gotten sick not even with the slightest cold.

For people who have no access to any exercise equipment while stuck at home there are several things you can do with things you may have laying around your place. You can also check out some YouTube videos on at home workouts. Push-ups can be done using the edge of a sturdy table, desk or piece of furniture or even steps by doing push ups at an incline which is much easier than doing them on the ground. You can do them with a wide grip and a close grip which gives the triceps, chest, shoulders and upper body a great workout. If you have cinder blocks laying around or even car parts for some of you mechanics at home, axles, floor jacks or anything heavy can be used as a tool for doing curls and bicep workouts. For women, gallon jugs of water weigh 8 pounds and can be used in place of a kettlebell or dumbbell. Some may have yard tools or extension ladders that are somewhat heavy that can also be used as weight. Or you can do what I call the jail house style workout using a hefty bag and filling it with water for doing curls and shrugs or even taking two or three Publix style plastic bags inside one another and filling them with sand or rocks and using them as dumbbells. If you really brainstorm and look around your place you may find several things you can use in place of regular weights and gym equipment. Check out YouTube as well.
