Ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation.
RIP our sweet Luna. No longer by our side but forever in our hearts. Definitely, the hardest part of owning a pet is deciding in their old age when it’s time to say goodbye. You have taught me so much. You have loved me unconditionally with no judgments 24/7 with everything you have. Everything that makes me happy and whole I owe to you. Thank you for loving me all these years. Rest well beautiful girl.

Color. When in doubt with your nutrition add color. Foods that are minimally or not processed that are giving you a diverse, colorful plate. Blue raspberry does not count. 😜 If you try this and still need help DM for nutrition plans.

PROTEIN & FATS! Great way to start your day. Nothing against keto, or low-fat, or paleo, or Atkins or vegan or any diet out there. Be aware anytime you add some sort of a restriction by following a specific diet, you’re at a slight disadvantage on reaching your health and physique goals. Rather than forcing yourself to follow a specific diet and limit the type of nutrients your body can receive, try just implementing different nutritional strategies. For example this low carb breakfast I have here. Eggs, veggies, and a little goat cheese. Is this going keto? No, but a low carb breakfast can still power charge your day, increase insulin sensitivity and metabolism. Those same benefits that most people do keto for without having to take your body to the extremes that is ketosis. Another great strategy is carb cycling. Carbs are not the enemy. Too much of anything can be bad and quality carb sources do have their place when it comes to building a better looking physique and having energy to get through your workouts. So some days you eat more carbs and some days you eat less carbs. So you’re not pigeonholed into eating in one specific way and limiting the variety of nutrients your hard working body should receive.
